Supporting the Cradle of Hope
With the help of friends, family and the local community I was able to collect and donate a lot of toys and food for the needy in Krugersdorp. My video is an insight into the poverty within one of South Africa's White Squatters Camps, as well as the good work the Cradle of Hope does to assist these people. The Cradle of hope, is independent, a social upliftment, job creation and skills development organisation, that renders assistance to "missionary" and "outreach" projects, as well as underprivileged and destitute people. The main focus is on women and children. I would love to win the competition, because, I would use a section of the website to promote and highlight the plight of these people on an ongoing basis. This has now become my company’s “Social Responsibility Project” ….Please vote for me!!
